Just Enough Items (JEI)

Your recipe book on steroids. Press R while hovering over an item to see how it’s crafted, or U to see what it’s used for (like fueling a furnace or as a smelting ingredient). Open the full item list with the button on the side of your inventory screen and type in the search bar to filter — you can search by mod name (e.g. @farmersdelight) or item name. You can also drag items directly from the JEI list into a crafting grid to auto-fill the recipe (bookmark items with the star icon for quick access later).

Mouse Tweaks

Speeds up inventory management. Right-click and drag across multiple item stacks to pick up one of each. Scroll wheel over a stack moves one item at a time into/out of a container. Hold Shift and scroll to move a full stack. This works between your inventory, chests, furnaces, crafting grids — basically anywhere.

Shulker Box Tooltip

Hover over a shulker box (in inventory or as an item) and you’ll see a preview grid of what’s actually stored inside it, without needing to place and open it. Works in item frames too if you look at a shulker box sitting in one.
